Served as President of the Board, 2000-2010, and as Vice-President, 2010-2013, and a former member of the RDA Working Group and the Gary/Chicago Compact Board. Formerly served on the Adhoc P-3 Committee, working on the development of the Gary/Chicago International Airport and the surrounding areas
